Seriously, springing forward doesn't affect me, but that falling back is awful for at least 3 weeks. Ready for bed at 7 p.m. thinking it's at least 10 p.m.
I upvoted your comment even though I have the complete opposite view. I prefer EDT (and my state is on the far western side of my time zone which makes EDT even more “extreme” for some).
I upvoted you because you are being honest with us and yourself. Time zone and clock changing or not changing arguments are personal NOT scientific. Anyone who claims otherwise is lying or unwittingly lying to themselves. Maybe part of the argument can be claimed to be “scientific” but NO ONE cares passionately about this issue from a 100% “scientific” stance. If they claim to I know they are full of themselves and I would probably want to avoid them in real life, because, insufferable.

yeah, confusion, misalignment, disruption of biorhythms, chaos. Yup it has its uses....
I live and work better on CA Standard Time. Please make it permanent.

For President Trump, Daylight Savings Time means more golf for him.
Switching time twice a year is very valuable. It helps us see what total mind numb idiots we have all become.
I've never understood why we needed to "save time" in Alaska. The transitions are rough.
