Apparently Iran is waiting until the last possible moment... when the IRGC is destroyed, their 4th Ayatollah in a week has been killed (again)... and their entire government is running in fear...

... and then they will spring the surprise attack!

Weird strategy, sort of like Rocky II where the strategy was to get the turd pounded out of you for 14-rounds, and then suddenly switch to fighting right handed... and win the match in a single round. I guess Iran wants to give that strategy a try.
