I wonder if the threat of a big terror attack (or one just barely thwarted) will cause the filibuster rule change to pass the DHS budget and then the Save America Act right behind it. My estimate is a week to 10 days. Before a suitable leader in Iran emerges. There may be competing leaders for a little while.
