As seen above (look for the finger 👈), I try to point out when batches are unsealed. A batch was unsealed just before Diddy was indicted and a couple other times people in the news (Maduro) were apprehended around the same time.

Usually when an indictment is unsealed a grand jury has already been selected and agreed that the crimes committed merit a trial.
