Mostly a bunch of money laundering businesses. I lived there for a bit when I was young. Dead except for spring break and a few weekends. I loved it. Too hot in summer, though.

I’ve only been there once and the island was basically a parking lot. Couldn’t drive anywhere, couldn’t even park my car at the condo. Had to park it at Walmart. We went in July and it was crazy hot and busy.
