Reliance Industries is an Indian company that is offering up $300 billion to get this project started.

May be a nice investment opportunity if you get in early. America First Refining (AFR) has not announced any public investment opportunities such as stock offerings.

I see Reliance Industries (RLNIY) on the NYSE however there is no data about the stock price. May be in the early stages of setting up a public release of stock offerings, We need to keep an eye on this. $$$
