All the RINOs will vote IN FAVOR of ending debate and having a regular 51 threshold vote to pass the bill because THEY KNOW THERE WILL NEVER BE 7 DEMONRATS VOTING IN FAVOR of ending debate. The cloture vote will fail, debate will never end, and the final 51 threshold vote that Thune is promising will never take place. I meant the democrats. I know that it seems backwards The democrats will vote to keep it from mioving into an actual passage vote.
