We've heard similar with janitors/cleaning crews of Trump Tower, his casinos, properties etc, where he calls people by name, asks of family members, etc... truly never been another like him. One video comes to mind with Hispanic ladies who are longtime maids at one of his properties and the love & respect they showed is genuine.
