I am all for talking filibuster, but whatever they have now is utter crap and the dems have made it clear that themoment they take control, they will get rid of it

I agree. the talking filibuster has been used rightly for quite a while. Rand Paul used it to prevent drone strikes on American citizens and others have used it wisely as well. The current rule, I agree stinks, because it removes the responsibility to be able to reasonably communicate why you are opposed:
Silent Filibuster: Today, senators no longer need to speak continuously on the floor to filibuster. Instead, the "silent filibuster" allows a senator to object to ending debate, effectively blocking legislation unless the 60-vote threshold is met.
This has made filibusters more common and less visible than the traditional "talking filibuster."
Incorrect reasoning. What is the democrat plan? It is to run out the clock on Trump and cheat like hell. They won’t let any legislation through. They don’t have to worry about the voters like the republicans do. They just vote in their stead, vote using people who don’t exist, flip votes, and even just destroy Republican votes.
The filibuster must go. Not only for the save America act, but for appointments, budgets and a lot of other legislation that the Republicans want to make sure happens while they hold the trifecta. The Republicans only have to control one part of the trifecta to stop the democrats from evil stuff after the midterms.
But with the SAA and other election protection measures, the big red wave that we have been waiting for will happen.
