Asking for a friend. Best domestic and/or other sources for a premixed version of ivermectin and fenben, if such a thing exists. Thanks.

I'm partial to fenben from the happy healing store. It worked well for a friend who had lymphoma. Also almost all Iver compounded ingredients come from China or India. I think Merck may be the only non Asian source.
