My aunt and uncle‘s neighbor is 96 and looks 30 years younger, her only supplement is “Ion” gut support, dig. enzymes. I Aunt and Uncle unfortunately do not look so healthy, and did the job.

Agreed I look like a 40 or less year old woman instead of 57 almost 58. Yesterday I ate peanut butter from that regular brand Skipp or something because my body was asking for something sweet instead of a fruit and made me sick so I can’t eat sugars or things with chemicals, it has to be 100% natural, it doesn’t have to be organic but at least a vegetable or fruit., what made me very healthy is smoothies with green grapes pears and celery. That’s the best smoothie to stay healthy just so you know. I eat chicken and green beans plus potatoes. When I take vitamin D/K, and probiotics I lose weight (which I don’t like to loose weight), but also take magnesium and Zinc of course.
