The school claim is false. There is no evidence any of them attended a “Walton School.” Searches for that exact name in connection with the three men turn up nothing relevant (just references back to this post or unrelated items).

It’s almost certainly a typo for the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania’s business school). Multiple replies in the thread itself point this out.
Donald Trump: Yes, he transferred to and graduated from Wharton in 1968 with a BS in economics.

That is true, on the surface, but building a medical school without taxpayer involvement is going to bankrupt any given company. That is before you realize that the 48 students get free education for a career that takes at least 8 years of schooling.
I do realize that the Waltons have billions of dollars along with a huge market cap for the stores, but opening up a medical school is going to drain the company finances.
It's been my experience that "free" is never appreciated and is almost always misused. I predict that this "medical education" will be taken for granted and that the students will perform at a sub standard level simply because they don't have any real investment in this program.
I most definitely would decline to be treated by any of their graduates. I simply don't believe that "free" will produce the best efforts of students.
Many countries in Europe offer "free" or very cheap higher education and graduates are doing just fine. University is meant for smart people, not rich people, and subsidizing it serves that goal.
