The women need to gang up and beat the shit out of trans in their spaces. Alternatively, coordinated sexual assault claims and charges.
They'll end up getting their asses beat by a dude in a dress. Even the weakest of men are at a minimum 2-3x stronger than a woman. As for the sex assault claims, unfortunately that will only be a matter of time and it also unfortunately won't be a frivolous lawsuit. Only predatory men, even in a dress, are the types that want to go into a women's only space.
