Have you ever noticed the vaccine schedule is treated as if it were mandatory. It is not, it is "recommended". So how can a Judge even be involved in something that is only recommended. Makes no sense. Even the way schools make parents fight tooth and nail to not vaccinate their children, no one talks about it being recommended only.
Somehow, all CDC recommendations become mandatory.
How can a judge override the nations leading health authorities.
