Start jailing them in CECOT and watch people NOT want to scam and come illegally and whatnot...
How is it possible for illegals to be able to get certified in this business? Someone is showing them how to scam the system-arrest them also! Someone in the agency is approving the paperwork-arrest them! No one is actually going to their place of business to validate their company-find out who is not doing their job-arrest them. Have to clean out the whole system, top to bottom.
