Lactoferrin is a bit more expensive than some supplements -- $45/bottle of 60 caps, 300mg each; $40 per bottle in qty 4 -- but is worth the money. It supports health in several ways in addition to being an anti-cancer add-on.

This article mentions ". . . In lab research, scientists have wrapped ivermectin in tiny packages coated with lactoferrin" -- and apparently there isn't a commercial source for this formulation yet. If I find one, I'll post it here. SOME benefit will probably accrue from simply taking the two together, but how much more benefit might come from lactoferrin coated ivermectin compared to just taking the pills together is a question not answered in this article.
Abstract
This review critically evaluates the emerging role of lactoferrin, an iron-chelating glycoprotein, as a macromolecular ligand in precision cancer therapy.
Lactoferrin exhibits potent anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulatory properties and targets cancer cells via high-affinity binding to transferrin and LDL receptor-related proteins, enhancing selectivity and minimizing off-target toxicity.
It modulates key oncogenic pathways such as PI3K/Akt and MAPK to suppress tumor growth and metastasis.
Lactoferrin’s ability to cross biological barriers, including the blood-brain barrier via receptor-mediated transcytosis, offers promise for treating difficult cancers such as glioblastoma.
Additionally, it enhances anti-tumor immunity by activating NK cells and polarizing macrophages to the M1 phenotype.
Importantly, lactoferrin helps overcome multidrug resistance by modulating efflux pumps like P-glycoprotein.
WHY COMBINE LACTOFERRIN WITH IVERMECTIN?
Starvation + poisoning double hit
Lactoferrin weakens cancer cells by cutting off their iron supply. Weak, stressed cancer cells are much easier for Ivermectin to kill. It’s like starving someone before hitting them with a knockout punch — the damage from ivermectin’s mitochondrial blow becomes more lethal.
Targeted delivery of Ivermectin
Many cancer cells have way more “doors” (lactoferrin receptors) on their surface than healthy cells.
