I made my money running a landscaping company. We had 25 trucks when I sold the company and I only hired Vets who expected a real income of $15+ per hour - that was almost 25 years ago now. My competitors kept more in their pockets because they hired mexicans and paid them $20 for a 10 hour day.
It's way more than that, especially if you factor in all the Permanent residents that are getting benefits too, so conservatively it's 75%, or more.
Give them airfare. It’s cheaper.
