Yeah, those changes should have happened over a decade ago. I'm sure that ending the delay had nothing to do with Trump gutting the USAID/NGO networks /s.

What I'd like to know is who is paying for Saturday Night Live all these years? It hasn't been funny since the 90's maybe til 2000 but it had to be losing millions of dollars every year so someone was paying to keep it on life support.
