You speak the truth. There are two mainstream religions/cultures homed in the Middle East that do not pursue peace, love, prosperity and liberty for all. It's not an either/or choice. Both are our sworn antagonists. It's just that one has has been supremely successful at portraying themselves as our greatest ally. I wish the dual-enemy reality were clear to more people.

I completely agree with you! IMO those behind the scenes of "our greatest ally" also successfully stoke the Islamists and their very real threat against civilization (especially Christians).
It's frustrating for me that the biggest public voices exposing the synagogue of Satan (which I applaud) seem aggressively uninterested in the Islamist threat. I think it's mostly because both sides lead back to the Jesuits which implicates a certain church ("welcome home"). The Jesuits are also behind the British Bankers that we seem to be hearing about all the time here. They've been busy gaslighting us with other things for a long time that appeal to our intellect. I can't talk about those though.
The question of who's at the top of the pile seems an unsolvable mystery to me. I do not feel confident in drawing a firm conclusion. The proverbial THEY certainly do not publish their Org Chart for all to see. I liken it to an overcast sky. We can see up to the Rothchilds. Above that level the cloud cover of obscurity prevents us from spying higher.

It strikes me that researchers as well as defectors/whistleblowers only have a part of the picture. So until the day when Q pulls me into his inner circle for a nice cup of SCIF coffee and sit-down chat, I try to hold the entire range of possibilities in my head. While keeping an ear open for any information that resolves the uncertainty.
