I love this law. We can do it like a lottery and rig it like the NBA rigs their lottery so Chuck Schumer is the first to die.

Too bad it is wishful thinking because the law would violate Chuck Schumer's right to a fair trial. He has only been convicted of the crime of grilling a cheeseburger the wrong way.
