Ok so I just watched the video. I can see where you come from with the "sensationalized post" statement.
Buuut to be clear, the clean healthy animal part applies to all meat processed, at least in the US. Some animals are allowed a certain amount of disability depending on the situation. If they were treated they have to meet withdrawal times. In pork, herniated umbilical is common and those just get sent to slaughter. Cattle don't have many ailments that will allow them to be processed, aside from being crazy man eaters. That is an ailment for the producer kek.
To each their own but I, myself, think it is more humane to dispatch them with a bolt gun, which is how it's most commonly done. Or a bullet. I've slaughter my own livestock several times and this stuff doesn't bother me. 22 mag between the eyes takes down just about anything, but slitting it's throat and draining the blood, idk about that. If that was my only option, then sure, I'd do it, and have done it to downed deer that didn't die in the first few minutes. Idk, just my thoughts.
When I was 18 I worked at a slaughterhouse in Indiana, if a cow couldn't walk we had a winch that would drag it up to us where we'd hit it in the head with a hammer. If it had huge pus-filled sores, we just ignored it.
Correct, also that's why Orthodox Jews have to have another Orthodox Jew do the killing, Halal doesn't require that so about 75% of the stuff that is marked Halal is just the same stuff in different packages.
It's more a "clean, healthy animal" with approved methods thing, and is not only a slaughter by a Muslim invoking Allah, see a more complete explanation here - https://greatawakening.win/p/1ASZ3ZQpuM/x/c/4eaVRO5xIkE

Well that's not legal. I'm sure these things happen, but they aren't supposed to.
