Ishtar/Astarte/Columbia. Where that "deity" got the name Columbia escapes me at the moment, but I think it's a Freemason or Illuminati name for Ishtar.

According to the Roman Catholic Exorcists, Ishtar/Astarte is a demon, and is really a dude who pretends he's a female.
