I was in a store the other day, put about half the food products I'd picked up back on the shelves because they were labeled as having GMO. I guess, since they're trying to hide it's inclusion in cheese manufacturing, we'll have to look for "made with natural rennet" or "No FPC".

yes, that seems to be the option. I've been planning to buy some of the premium Tillamook when I go somewhere that has a Costco, looking forward to trying it, been a long time since I've had cheese that melts good.
