Possible, I wont rule it out. But he said they sent it and it arrived (or something similar), I am not sure they can ship nuclear material! But then, they might have shipped just the codes / locations etc.

When Obama paid off Iran I was under the impression that they held a bunch of leverage and compromising material over key actors. Perhaps they gave Trump some of this? Handing over the uranium at this point seems unlikely as that would be a key item for them to negotiate with.
