That looks and sounds just like Phil Godlewski. The person who is interviewing him called him "Phil." He also asked "did you report on an episode..."
-- This is probably not really a NYPD cop, this honestly looks like Phil Godlewski. Before all of his tattoos. That is also the same cross that Phil G wears around his neck, and the same hat with Maui on it. Phil G has a house in Maui

Easily called frazzledrip, and brushing over the actual name of the file. The .rip means it was ripped or copied from the original file and points to it as being part of a larger directory which holds the actual files or information. The fact that it is a .RIP file lends to it being real because it was in a folder labeled Life Insurance. It was copied and therefore a digital copy of the original file, which I'm pretty sure they also have.
When the psyop shooter targeted Comet Ping Pong with an "AR Style Rifle" and shot one round that just so happened to find the Hard Drive in the office computer, well, You can bet your ass that the hard drive was host to many many other videos like frazzled.rip. After all, that video was taken in the non existent basement of that establishment.

Very interesting sauce, lacking some specifics though. Phil who? How did he have access to this information?
Not saying that frazzled.rip isn’t real.

There was a famous police note mentioning Frazzledrip that made the rounds many years ago.
Most people won't access Facebook.
