States need to exert more control over elected Congress men and women. No recess or vacation until work is completed. No foreign travel unless approved by States. Salaries need to be paid by states, based on performance. States need to determine term limits. Health care need to be covered by the state, same as every governmant servant. Enough with voting their own pay raise, Cadillac health plans, etc.
