We have to stop sending endless resources to the 3rd world, they need stable government and that's it. The entirety of population growth of the late 20th century came from the 3rd world.

They quite literally don't have to IQ to form stable governments.

Id start with the endless resources paid to War Profiteers. All the businesses opening up in Canada currently seem to be aimed at Warfare. There is a mass positioning towards Global War ATM. Let's focus on that scarry reality.
