Easy frens. This information tends to get people confused. We don’t spend $910B on NATO. We spend $910B on our military. We wouldn’t spend any less money if we left NATO. We would actually have to spend more. We would have to rebase all of our assets that we have in Europe. Instead of fighters, we would have to buy a whole lot of bombers in case we got into a tussle with Russia.
The right answer is to get NATO countries to increase their defense spending so that they are not just a speed bump and can contribute in other parts of the world. Secondly, NATO countries should give the US what we feel necessary for our defense, like Greenland and Diego Garcia.
Should they be paying us? Part of the reason for the tariffs they have to pay and the tariffs they have to drop on our goods. Trump may get them to buy our agricultural products like he does with China. Europe is very protective of their agricultural market. And it could reignite non-GMO food production in the US.
Open your mind a tad more and think....why does all this happen in the first place? If you look it's because of bad TRADING nothing more. Some one is holding up TRADING and that goes DIRECTLEY to the EU and UN. They are THE STOPPING point of DEVELOPMENT. Don't believe me, believe CHINA, because that is what they did. Stop lying. The USA would have to spend less if the USA left NATO, not more.
NATO has never benefited the USA and never will, it's nothing but a massive money sink.
