Let’s say that 100 million Chinese babies were born in the US using birth tourism. Then they reach the age of 18 and can vote. Those with a real allegiance to another country could control our government and laws. And given how close our election results often are, it would take far less numbers to control our elections.

Undoubtedly, with that kind of influence, they could sway even free and fair elections.
To be realistic, though, elections are likely NOT that close. "Closeness" us a psyop The People are fed so they'll accept 50-50 win-loss situations. In actuality, elections are ALL rigged to one extent or another. (Note: For 2020, Dr. Frank found EVERY county except a few in Montana or Wyoming, were rigged with the same % in every county within a state. And fake mail-ins/ballot stuffing.supported that cluster)
PDJT only won again in 2024 because his race was, literally, "too big to rig" and they HAD to let him win or face everyone realizing just how rigged elections are. (Realize that, despite PDJT winning, MANY downballot races were "won" by Dems -- THAT DOESN'T organically happen.)
They rigged many downballot races, just as they would have rigged the presidential elections, but-for the massive amount of support PDJT had making a loss too obvious - AND got away with it because too many of The People were so satisfied that "elections must be safe and fair" because PDJT won his race that they neglected to look at ALL the results with a big-picture perspective and see what really happened..
