Actually they go to the County who appraised the Taxes. The issue is they ROLL into a purchase price all that is in a Mortgate. Think here. . . commisions for Real Estate Agents, insurances, surveys, Addendums, improvements, points, CA$H even ! All gets interpreted as the " Purchase Price " ! now your property value technically goes up as does your Taxes. Every single time a house gets sold in your area BOOM, again and again. So this is RICO fraud, in every County in every State Since 100 years ago. Sucks doesn't it !

All property taxes pay for the interest on the loans designated for things like "a new pool for the local school," or "new traffic lights," or pretty much anything some paid for politician tells us it goes for.
Ultimately, this loan interest (the "principle" is mostly meaningless) is the future indenture (perpetual slave labor of the plebs) laundered through kick backs for criminally associated corporations, all ultimately owned by Megacorp, selling you things very few people actually want, and no one actually needs, but sold under the pretense of something "needed" or "for our safety".
I'm merely pointing out the Tax Assesment portion of the program being a County wide process. Although the things you point out are valid, here is an overview of the Trillions of dollars they extract on the backs of the people in the Tax process I disclosed long ago. . .
They go into the schools and use the ' children ' as the carrot and of course the politicians take " 10 % for the big guy ", themselves in all construction and expansion projects.
I disagree, my local politician down the street payed for his pool with his cut. 10% approval of the projects in our town. Not approved by the people. So I am going to bill you back for your explenation in time on my taxes that everyone pays anyway. Your a pretense of whats known as " the sickness ".
