This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.

I think we should run a poll, to see how many milliseconds it takes frogs to process the 'new look'.
I am proud to report that it took me at least 1.7 seconds for my brain to process what I was seeing.
Perhaps the longest 1.7 seconds of my entire life!

Perhaps I should elaborate. All I did was logon and see the 'new look'. I am not certain of the timing, if, perhaps, the Cat posted his now notorious post, and then later altered the look. I see that a good number of frogs were <ahem> fooled in by his post, only realizing after some duration that he was April fooling (according to anonymous sources).
I didn't read the post till later. But when I logged in and saw the changed color scheme (according to anonymous sources), yes, indeed, I took a second but then, yes, literally, 1.7 seconds later (according to anonymous sources familiar with the matter, the actual time may have been 1.9 seconds later), it clicked and I just went, in my own thought bubble, oh, I get it.... April 1 (even though on this side of the planet, it was already April 2).
I have to say, it was a maniacal and masterly stroke by the Cat (and any other collaborators/conspirators, who I assume, were also involved).
The Frogmannity. hehe. I chuckled.
