I think people also miss the sheer scope and depth of the corruption and fraud in our system. Does the DOJ have the court and prison capacity to prosecute that many people at once? Probably not. We could easily charge and indict Walz, Ellison, Ilhan Omar etc but they would likely die of old age before they saw the inside of a prison cell. Or else just get a slap on the wrist by some some activist judge.
Look at El Salvador. Bukele had to overhaul the judicial system and get rid of compromised activist judges first. Team Trump probably has the same issue only on a much larger scale. It's looking more and more like "the military is the only way".
