H1B limits

Any company that lays off American employees should not have access to the H1B visa lottery for at least 5 years. Preferably 10. Protect American Citizen’s jobs!
My friend had to train his replacement over six months or leave at once. Devastated he trained, but only made it four weeks. He said it was like digging your own grave.
It was a high end software job, in NYC. This was under Obama.
It happened all the time! That American workers had to train their replacements!
I work in Semi-Conductors. I have seen this happen thousands of times.
That is exactly why they lay off U.S. citizens-cheap labor with H1B visa holders. The U.S. government must demand that employers prove that an American cannot fulfill the job and that they then must pay the H1B visa holders the same established salary and provide verified proof they have done so. Any violations will result in a lifetime ban of hiring H1B visa holders. In addition companies should be banned from hiring call center workers outside of the U.S.
I have a better idea.
Eliminate H1B and all similar visas as they are for all practical purposes indentured servitude.
These types of visas are nothing but price controls, and price controls always mess up the economy.
Okay. I am for that.
And eliminate all Ivy League MBA courses.
