No? Joe Rogan has been number one for a LONG time, candace owns is ranked in the 20s from what I found from a quick google search. Even if you narrow it down to political podcasts specifically, she's like fifth or sixth.

Which I will admit is bigger than I initially assumed, so I'll concede I was wrong there. But she's nowhere near number one no matter how you look at it
