In order for the U.S. to keep doing business with Europe, including providing energy:
Shut down NATO.
Shut down EU.
The old NATO countries make a payment plan to pay back the U.S. taxpayers for all the money stolen for their defense.
All countries have to be Constitutional Republics instead of dictatorships. Extremely minimal governments. No more monarchies. No more censorship. No more unenforced borders. No more bullshit.

I think just the Prairie Provinces (Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba) would be best. We don't need two more Californias or New Yorks.
