Brown’s public defender is asking the court to continue the case, and specifically a hearing to determine whether the death penalty will be sought, for 180 days."
According to the Left he is black, thus needs a silver spoon placed into his hands along with a get out of jail free card. We need to realize there are mitigating circumstances in this case only lefties can see.
If he is not competent to stand trial, he is not competent to walk around freely and should be locked up in a mental institution.

I think whatever test he was given to determine this should be a regular evaluation for all immigrants, legal and illegal.
