Every single damned attrocity and attack on the good people of this country has been planned out and gamed out WAY ahead of time.

Absolutely NOTHING is by chance, spontaneous or a "surprise attack". Not one. EVER. Not Pearl harbor - or even things before that...1912-1913 comes to mind.
