The judge needs to be asked one simple question......Why did you release this individual? If he cannot come up with a good reason, well, he needs to visit a penitentary for a few years.

Maybe a ten year term on the bench with no way to get back on the bench once they leave. Then they can become ambulance chasers for a living.
