I believe it is foreshadoing many things, like the Iran war, but i believe it's main purpose was for the Ohio train crash

23,20,23 = WTW = Watch the water.

2/3/2023 = Ohio train crash poisoning the drinking water river of millions of people and farm land.

The cancer might be used to cover up the vax cancer.
