Interpretation is always involved, and most of us simply try to formulate an understanding and, if it reaches our threshold, a determination of what is 'true'.
In the drop in question, to me, the question reads like this:
Anon: "What about the HRC vs 'dark web' video. Is that fake news???"
Q's reply was: "It's fake. We control (?)."
(The thread you linked below starts out with the comment that Q said: "Fake. We have it." but that's an interpretation, and not what Q themselves wrote)
What's most interesting for me is, as far as I understand it, this question was put to Q immediately in the days after the 'Frazzledrip' story was published by YourNewsWire (a known disinfo outlet).
That story apparently preceded any reference to 'frazzledrip' on Twitter. There was zero references to frazzledrip on Twitter prior to the date that YourNewsWire put out their story.
What's tricky is that somehow, the existence of the "frazzledrip" video has now become canon (established truth) for many in the truth community, but it is clearly 'anon' content, not Q.
