ICE Director Todd Lyons just revealed ICE recently busted the largest gift card fraud scheme EVER --- and that stolen money was being sent DIRECTLY BACK to military units in CHINA
It was being carried out by illegal Chinese men who were let in under BIDEN
All military aged, of course.
The scam is fairly simple: these Chinese fraudsters steal barcodes off gift cards from retail stores, place them back on the shelf, and when a shopper buys it, that money is IMMEDIATELY skimmed by CCP operatives who have the numbers in a database
And the American consumer is left with a worthless piece of plastic, unbeknownst to them.
ICE agents are doing HEROIC work --- no matter what the Democrats say.

Yes it is. I don't remember the name. I will have to find out and then repost it on this thread to give others in this area a heads up. But I think it is a small regional credit union that may not even operate outside of Nevada.
He now has an account with my credit union. This credit union has been on top of this fraud nonsense. Like I said before, the fraud is rampant and it's getting worse. Right after getting the new account, he had another fraud incident. Someone actually hacked into his actual checking account and changed the password. Then they attempted to transfer money. The credit union noticed it and immediately locked it down before any damage was done.
He had to open a new account. At first he wanted to keep the same one simply because he didn't want to hassle getting his direct deposit changed. He likes convenience and doesn't think about the cost paid for that convenience. The fraud guy at the credit union insisted on the new account which is exactly what I told him. Obviously the one he had was compromised. Duh.
He is not as security minded as I am. When it comes to purchases, I don't swipe my card anywhere but pay cash. I sure as hell don't use my phone for any type of financial business - ever. But I know he does. I am always warning him that it is not safe. There are simply too many apps out there that have back doors for data collection. Some are linked to China like TikTok, which I think he uses.
He is not a normie but a conservative veteran Patriot, and he thinks same as many of us here. But identity security is an area where he is sadly lacking. Oh well. You can lead a donkey to water right? He thinks I'm just noid about security issues and blowing the situation out of proportion. But hey, none of us are perfect, right? Other than his lack of personal identity security, he is a great guy and a good solid loyal buddy to have.
