In the South, the just-us dept gerrymandered voting districts to enable groids to be elected. This started in the 60's
I don't get the full deal here. Would this also apply to the egregious redistricting that's on the ballot in Virginia for April 21?
TBD on any impact on the Virginia redistricting ballot measure. But it does impact the southern states. Possibly picking up several congressional seats.
