Imagine this:
One Executive Order. Every bank in America must verify: 👉 If you’re not a U.S. citizen - your account is closed.
No loopholes. No games. No exceptions.
Watch what happens next:
• Fake identities disappear overnight • Ghost accounts tied to fraud vanish • Illegals can’t get paid, can’t wire money, can’t live off the system • Self-deportation skyrockets - no raids needed
Now go one layer deeper…
No bank account = no clean paper trail No paper trail = no fake voter registrations No fake registrations = cleaner elections No more “mystery ballots” tied to phantom identities
Keep going…
• Billions in waste, fraud, and abuse get cut off at the source • Taxpayer dollars stop flowing to people who never had a legal claim to them • Entitlement systems stabilize • Honest citizens stop subsidizing lawlessness
And then the real-world impact:
• Smaller classroom sizes • Less strain on hospitals and ERs • Lower demand for subsidized housing • Less pressure on local law enforcement
And yes…
When you remove the conditions that enable illegal activity, you reduce the activity.
Not through slogans. Through structure.
This isn’t cruelty. This is clarity.
This is what Law & Order actually looks like:
👉 Clear rules 👉 Equal enforcement 👉 No incentives for breaking the law
America First isn’t a chant.
It’s a system where: If you want access to America’s benefits… you follow America’s laws.
Period.
Winning.

What happens to legal residents working in US, but not citizens?
The honest answer is that nobody can be certain right now, including experts and the banks themselves, because the actual text of the executive order hasn't been released yet.
Yeah, thats why I was asking in reference to the post. It looks like OP is claiming that American banks should close accounts of anyone who is not a citizen. Honestly, thats completely asinine.
The focus should be on requiring proof of status, not citizenship. Get rid of bank accounts belonging to illegals and entities used for money laundering. Not accounts of residents.
Yeah. I mean, what the heck. I've been a permanent and semi-permanent resident at least three countries of which I was not a citizen.
Taking a deeper look, it looks like all the propaganda media are spinning this as if its "no banks accounts for non-citizens", but in reality, it's actually requiring banks to check/verify the immigration status. Which would mean a) illegal immigrants would be shut out, but citizens and legal immigrants, including workers and permanent residents, would certain be able to have and open bank accounts.
Trust the propaganda merchants to spins the bulld*st and do everything to generate outrage at the <shock> <horror> inhumanity of the draconian Trump administration!!!!
Shameless inflooencer click merchants would just chime in on the rage bait, 'cos rage sells and generates clicks. Play to the crowd, either the woke neo-Marxist lefties, or the rabid, unthinking 'maga' (small letters) crowds.
Every country in the world today includes citizens and non-citizen permanent legal residents.
Methinks this Rob Cunningham guy is a shameless influence merchant. Or an absolute idiot.
No sane individual can argue with that and I hope they remain within scope. But this is not my opinion. The X post (at the end of the article) with a link to Bloomberg what Scott Bessent said, that the executive order is in motion.
Except that the X post doesn't actually reflect what Bessent said. Clickbait / ragebait.
They should have to go to the bank and verify their status in the US. The US government and the Trump administration will figure it out. There might be a few glitches but they will be worked out. And I hate to say what I said in the sentence before the last one-but, I will never fully trust our government again, the Trump administration is very close to one I will trust-but verify!
What happens when illegals are in charge of the confirming ?
Sorry Confirming what ?
Citizenship. The only new thing being confirmed by the banks.
I think we are asking two different, independant questions.
You are talking about how this citizenship can be enforced.
I am questioning the idea itself.
