You have to ask yourself, at what point would they arrest someone who was a threat to society? How many people have died mysteriously from her inner circle. She had an illegal server in her basement which had above top-secret information on it. She was selling uranium to Russia and possibly Iran.

There was a report released from the inspector general on the Weiner laptop investigation that mentions the Clinton Foundation and Crimes against children that was mentioned and aired on Fox news.
How long do you allow someone like HRC to walk free if she poses a risk to children and there is evidence that proves her guilt?
Would it sound more reasonable to allow her to continue to walk free and continue harming children or arrest her, put a body double in her place and inform the public of her arrest when the timing was right?
This is why people believe people like HRC have already been brought to justice and the truth about their arrests/crimes will be released when the people have a better grasp on the level of evil that fills our government.
Believing something and something being true are two different things. She was not arrested and doesn't have a body double. No one has a body double. Occam's razor.
