If there is a RICO Law prosecution... there is no pleading the 5th.
If you played any role at all in the conspiracy, you are guilty as a member of the conspiracy. It doesn't matter your individual role, you are guilty of the group of crimes as a participant. All the government has to prove under RICO is prove that you were part of it. Your testimony doesn't matter.
ActBlue may be rolled up into the RICO investigation.
