That was around 2015. It was a girls softball game in GA during the playoffs. It was due to technical difficulties during a 6A regional playoff game between the Katy Lady Tigers and the Brazoswood Lady Buccaneers. People keep posting the a cut version where you don't hear the announcer say "technical difficulties".
