As a side note…. There seems to be coincidences between counties refusing data centers, or being told they’re getting ones, are on fire now…. Brantley, Clinch, Nassau, Appling.
Anyways people are losing their homes and everything, no lives lost that I know of yet; a firefighter has been hurt but will be ok.
Scary times we live in. I woke to the smell of smoke this morning….
I was sent this link to keep track of the fires, sharing here incase there’s others that need it

Great map. I can't believe all the fires out there. Prayers to everyone hit by this.
Dear God please look over these places and keep the fires in check.
In your sons name Jesus Christ.
Amen.
Amen
Prayers!!!!! What state? I'm in Virginia, and it is terribly dry here.
Georgia and Florida
South Eastern Georgia
It's been SO dry in these parts. We had a cigarette fire off a local highway just the other day.
Central Bama is as well
🙏🙏🙏
This topic isn't getting enough publicity. I know people in the area who had to flee because the smoke was unbearable. And the counties in Florida and S. Georgia also suffered from back to back intense hurricanes in 2023-2024. Those poor farmers.
Lord, please send your rain across this land. We pray in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Prayers on the way.
As the day progressed on the 21st, we could smell a fire burning in Volusia County. Not sure if it was a prescribed burn or something else, but I could see a smoke cloud from my house. As far as I know, there isn't a data center planned for this area, but with the way the city and county council meetings have a way of being held without proper prior notification to the public, it wouldn't surprise me if one is planned.
We're heading into a fairly serious drought down here, too. The last time it was this dry this late into the year was 98, and a lot of FL burned that year. It was also a "La Niña" year then, too. The narrative down here is being set in place for possible severe fires for Ctrl and N.E. FL from Brevard County to the FL/GA line (in N.E. FL), and from Orange/Osceola up to FL/GA line in the Ctrl parts.
It's got a lot of us worried.
Prayers sent✝️
You mean the data center coincidence?
It could be huge leap, it is very very dry. But still….that’s where my mind went. I’ll look into later to see if I can learn anything. They haven’t even said what caused them, not that I’d believe it anyway.
Yeah and you can’t have agriculture near the data centers anyway as they use up all the water …. Besides having to create their own power stations they need to water treatment plants so they can keep using the same cooling water.
They are destroying our food supply.
