The human has the entire light spectrum available to ingest, however if you look at the graph we only see a sliver today. Some humans have been born with the full spectrum and they were labeled as special needs. But as more was learned some had the governor removed and did in fact see the full spectrum and were unable to digest it ALL at once. Progress was made to control the parameters to 'reel them in' to some extent. But realistically we are multi dimensional beings that can transmit and receive in addition to travel it with or without the body. So without being born with full power access you face a gradient. And in our world we are immediately impacted from conception, in the womb and throughout life. Taking the time to literally compile the list of human power and potential is quite impressive.
