Metro is reporting he was armed with a shotgun. If it was an odd type like a Bullpup. It likely wouldn’t resemble the layman’s idea of a gun at first glance.

Though if he stuck a bunch of Tacticool Mall Ninja shit on it. It might also go a long way in confusing witnesses who might be unfamiliar and expecting something more generic.
