I'd like to know how far in advance before the dinner/incident did the New London police dept know about the manifest? Why wasn't the DC police & secret service not notified?🤔

They may have been notified and let it go through. either because they are corrupt or because they ran a sting.

They could have run a sting by changing out his bullets if they were stored at the parents' house.
